The first part of this exciting project is now complete and the maternity side is now being renovated. By this summer maternity will be in its new home and pediatrics will move from the 3rd floor to its new home on 4th.

2. The Greatest Need Fund:
Donating to this fund allows the
Foundation to respond to priority needs as they arise.
3. Trail and District Hospice Palliative Care Program
The Foundation receives funds for the Hospice Program.
The Trail and District Hospice Palliative Care Program supports quality end of life care. We provide a range of services including social and emotional support to the palliative patient and their loved ones, a large library, the loaning of equipment (special mattresses for example), bedside volunteers and bereavement support. This support is provided in the hospital, in the home and in long term care facilities. There is no cost for these services.
4. Donors are always able to donate their money
to a unit, floor or programme within the hospital.
The Foundation is legally
obligated to allocate funds as donors request.
